Procedure:
Mix egg whites and icing sugar. Then mix gelatin in cold water. Put this gelatin into the egg white and icing sugar mixture, keep aside. Then mix icing sugar, crushed biscuits and butter and spread it in an 8x8 mould. Mix cream, cheese and blueberry with egg yoke and put it in a freezer. Then add whip cream in the gelatin liquid mixture and add egg white and put it on a pan and freeze it, take it out and its ready to serve.
