Ingredients:

250 gm. Butter
100 gm icing sugar
350 gm. Flour
1 egg


¼ cup sesame seeds
¼ cup coconuts
30 gm butter
75 gm liquid glucose

Procedure:

Mix all the ingredients together and press the batter and shape it
In a circle and evenly press it on the tart moulds. Then put in the oven at 150 degrees, when it turns golden take it out.

Melt the better and add glucose while melting. When it is smooth add coconut and Sesame seeds. Then fill in the tart bases with the topping.
