Procedure: Mix them finely and flat the dough into two circles. Then put one on a pie mould Cut out the unwanted edges. Melt the butter and heat the flour on low heat. Mix them together and add the cream and Comelle. Cook it until 2-3 boils. Wait until the mixture is smooth then add the apples and peel away the skin, add the raisins and crushed almonds, then put in the Comelle fudge and the lemon juice. Put the mixture in the pie mould and cover the mixture with the other flattened dough circle and sprinkle some sugar on top. Beat the egg and brush it on the pie. Bake it on 175 degrees and wait until golden brown. Serve as wanted. |
