140. gm Biscuit crumbs
6 tbsp. Comelle
2 egg whites
3 tsps of gelatin
100 gms of cream cheese
100 gms of strawberries
1 tbsp of sugar
1tbsp. apple jam
2 tbsps. Water
1 tsps icing sugar
2-3 drops of strawberry essence
Procedure: Mix the crumbs and the condensed milk together and evenly base it in the pan then add 2 tbsp of Comelle again. Then slice the strawberries and layer it on the base. Then sprinkle 1tbsp of sugar over the strawberries. 100gms of strawberries and add to it 1 tbsp of sugar and apple jam as well as 3 tbsps of Comelle to it. Put the strawberries and sugar on the stove for 30-secs. Beat the egg whites until it takes the form of foam. Take the gelatin and mix it in water add it in the foam. Then add icing sugar to it. Pour in drops of the strawberry essence and then pour the mixture over the crumbs. Serve it when chilled.
