Ingredients:
Cocoa powder 30 gram
Butter 250 gram
Flour 350 gram
Sugar 150 gram
Comelle 3-tablespoon
Salt 1-pinch

Procedure:

 

Mix all the ingredients accept cocoa powder. Make the dough into 2 halves. In one half of the dough add cocoa powder, and then refrigerate it. Put the other Half of the dough also in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes. One will come out to be chocolate and the other as vanilla. With the help of a rolling pin, spread the chocolate dough evenly and then spread the vanilla layer on top of it. This will make a double layered crust. Roll the 2 layers carefully into a long ropelike shape and refrigerate it again for 10 minutes. Then take it out and cut it into thin slices with a sharp knife and put it on a greased baking tray. Put it into the oven at 175 degrees for 45 minutes. Take it out and let it cool.
