Ingredients:
½ kg shakarkand medium sized
3 cups Comelle Illaichi
8 cups milk
10 almonds


 

Procedure:Wash the shakarkand carefully, peel them and chop them in slices. Take a pan and add milk to it. Bring it to a boil and add the shakar kand to it. When it is completely cooked and softened add Illaichi flavoured Comelle in it. Keep cooking and stir it occasionally until it becomes like a kheer. Take it off the stove, pour in a dish and let it cool. Serve it as liked after garnishing it with almonds.
