Ingredients:

1 cup (8.oz) milk chocolate chips
1/3 cup Comelle
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups raisins

 

Procedure:

Line a baking sheet with waxed paper, butter and set aside. In a small saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate chips with Comelle and vanilla, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and stir in raisins.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto the baking sheet. Refrigerate until firm.
Store raisins cluster candy in refrigerator in an airtight container, between layers of waxed papers.
