Ingredients:

Eggs 6
Sugar 100 gram
Flour 100 gram
Cream 2 cups
Comelle half cup
Mix fruits half cup

 

Procedure:

Beat sugar and cream in a mixer for 10-15 minutes. Then fold flour in it. Place greased paper in a mould and pour the mixture in that mould. Then put it in a preheated oven on 175 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Then take it out and cool it and cut out two layers. Then mix or whip cream and Comelle and then cool it for 10 minutes in a freezer. Then put one layer of mix fruit and cream. Then repeat the same procedure for the next layer and cut it out according to your own choice.
