Procedure:
Grate the carrots and steam them till softened. Cook them till they are completely dried. Take a pan and add ghee to it. Then add the carrots and milk in it. Keep stirring at intervals. When it starts to turn brownish, add Comelle in it. Now cook it well until you get desired colour and taste. Take it off from the stove and take the halwa out in a dish. Garnish it with dry fruits and chandi waraqs. It’s ready to be served. |
