Procedure:
Mix all the ingredients together and knead into a dough. Spread evenly with the help of a rolling pin and cut out in circular shapes.
Evenly press it on the tart moulds. Then put in the oven at 150 degrees, when it turns golden take it out.
TOPPING
Take 50 gm butter in a bowl. Add 2 tbsps of sugar. Then cook it on the stove until it is thick. Add 2 tbsps of Comelle and mix it in with the dry fruits. Put in some Comelle on the tart base and fill the tart with the topping. It’s ready to serve.
