Ingredients:
½ cup Comelle
2 tbsp corn flour
75 Gms Butter
2 tsps coffee
½ cup fresh cream

Procedure:


Melt the butter, and then heat the flour slightly on the pan. Add cream and Comelle to it. Bring it to 2-3 boils and heat it until smooth. Then dip the chocolate truffles in the mixture when cooled.
