Procedure:
Beat the eggs with commelle separately. Then take a pan add milk and khoya in it then add the egg mixture then with the help of a wooden spoon mix them well. Then put in ghee and let it cook on low heat. Stir it occasionally. Let it turn golden brown, then wait for the ghee to separate then cook it for 20 mins more. Then serve it in a buttered dish. Garnish it with dry fruits.
